The 2021 NFL Draft, held in Cleveland, Ohio, was inspired by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, located nearby.

The event featured custom album covers for each of the 32 NFL teams, inspired by the history of groundbreaking music. The album covers were printed and shrink-wrapped to mimic actual records, and the price sticker displayed on each cover corresponded to the year of establishment for that franchise.
